Ica – app

ICA turned to Mobile Interaction to initiate a cutting edge project for increased efficiency in their warehouses and initiated a truly agile project to release an app that would handle all outgoing goods from ICAs all warehouses. I took the role as UX/UI. 

To enable the users to use the app without any constrains I had to consider the usage of gloves, cold temperatures and an interface that explained itself. In close dialog with the product owner I designed flowcharts before applying UI, to to create a logic for the complicated functions and flows. From user using the beta version we identified a need for quicker navigation. I created a slide in menu to make it easy to navigate between different functions without any extra steps.
